look for this image :-

when I press >> or > for clear columns like ( INSTNAME , FAX ) no problem happened ….. but when I press >> or > for unclear columns Like ( Mobile Number , Home Number , E-mail ) nothing happened , just didn’t pass , and I don’t know what’s the cause of that ,and what is the solution ?
