FORM DESIGN IN LOCAL LANGUAGE

Dear forum,

I am a DBA and have to told to convert an existing form into another language and chacracterset.

My existing form is in english and i have to esign a form in local language(HINDI-iNDIAN LANGUAGE)

The goal is to check that i am able to send the data in a form which is written in hindi fonts and which accepts data in hindi fonts.

The data stored in the database should also be in hindi.

I have no idea what to do?

I have installed the KRUTI fonts and have designed the form in Hindi but when i compile it shows the results in ENGLISH.

Answer:Please, consider posting your questions in problem related forums; your problem has nothing to do with Marketplace, so it will be moved to Forms forum.

Furthermore, you have attached a screenshot (while text of your message mentions FMB and FMX (unnecessary, I guess) files).

Finally, do I know how to help you? Unfortunately, not.


Answer:Search this forum for ‘nls’. You will see entries concerning the database and the forms environment.
