Upgradation steps required from 6i to 10g

Dear Fellows

I want to upgrade my product from 6i to 10g. i donot know the steps how to upgrade it. i read some documents available on internet but these didnot help me alot. i am using the windows plate form. can any body who has conversion experience help me according to practical approach. honestely i have not enough time to lengthy books. only the short listed steps and help about the obselete items,menues etc.which one is required for this upgradation. i have also a problem that we r using some object libraries…how to convert them too….i attach some forms and object library with this..plz help from start..

Answer:Search this forum for ‘upgrade’ there are numerous examples.

Install the software, make sure that the supplied form ‘test’ is working for you, convert your object libraries (that is, compile and generate your olb files), then your libraries (pll files), then your menus, then your forms.
